How long do reward points last?
It depends on the programme. For example, HDFC Bank's Millennia FAQ says unredeemed points lapse within 2 years, while IDFC FIRST Bank markets its reward points as never expiring. Airline and hotel programmes usually expire miles after a period of account inactivity. Always check your programme's current terms. They are in your card's MITC or the programme's website.
